Description

Installation von Behängen Die Deutsche Rentenversicherung Nordbayern (DRV Nordbayern) plant die Zusammenführung zweier bestehender Rehakliniken in ein neu zu errichtendes Reha-Zentrum. Das vorgesehene Areal für die Neubebauung befindet sich im Südosten der Stadt Bayreuth in der Nähe des Thermalbades "Lohengrin-Therme" in landschaftlich geprägter Umgebung. Das neu zu errichtende Reha-Zentrum soll der Rehabilitation für die Indikationsgruppen Psychosomatik, Orthopädie und Onkologie dienen. Der Flächenbedarf beträgt ca. 14.000 m2 (Nutzfläche). Der Größe der Grundstücke für die Bebauung und die Errichtung zugehöriger Kfz-Stellplätze beträgt ca. 43.500 m2. Das Gebäude hat eine Pavillonstruktur. Dabei sind zwei Pflegepavillons an einen zentralen Baukörper angegliedert und mit transparenten Stegen verbunden. Die oberen Pflegepavillons und der zentrale Baukörper des therapeutischen Zentrums sitzen auf einem flächigen Sockelbauwerk auf. Die hier beschriebene Leistung besteht im wesentlichen ausTischlereinbauten für 120 m2 Blendschutzrollos 430 m2 Vorhänge 100 m2 Abdunklungsvorhänge Behänge innen mit Deckenschienen für 220 Stk. Patientenzimmer Standard und Bäder 12 Stk. Gästezimmer und Bäder 20 Stk. rollstuhlgerechte Zimmer und Bäder E00 Eingangshalle und Cafeteria
