In dieser Ausschreibung werden alle Leistungen der Bauüberwachung für das Projekt Komplex Güterbahnhof Dresden-Neustadt im Zeitraum von 06/2026 bis 06/2029 vergeben. Das Projekt umfasst die komplette Erneuerung des Güterbahnhofs Dresden-Neustadt, inklusive einer Spurplananpassung, zwei Eisenbahnüberführungen, Stütz- und Lärmschutzbauwerke, Neubau OLA sowie Beleuchtung sowie Signaltechnische Ausrüstung und der Bau eines ESTW-A. Die Leistungen werden dabei wie folgt aufgeteilt Fachgewerk 1 - Leitende BÜW Fachgewerk 2 - KIB/OBB Fachgewerk 3 - Ausrüstung
