Dieses umfasst Wohneinheiten von Künstlern auf 6. Etagen und hat eine BGF von 1.845 m². Die K7 ist als Neubau oberhalb der Hallen geplant. Es umfasst 2 Obergeschosse mit einer BGF von 7.606 m².// Das Leistungsverzeichnis der Baustelleneinrichtung und Baulogistik umfasst: - Baustelleneinrichtung - Baulogistik// Wesentliche Arbeiten: Erstellen von Konzepten für Baulogistik, Zutrittskontrolle, Lärm- und Staubvermeidung, Abfallmanagement, Bodenschutz und Fluchtwege. Baufeldsicherung, Bauzaun ca. 500 m Transportlogistik, Stellen von Hilfsmitteln und Organisation der Hilfsmittel. Versorgung mit Baumedien (Strom, Wasser) Stellen von Containeranlage als Betreibermodell.
