Description

Eine vollumfängliche Betriebslogistik, die einen störungsfreien Bauablauf über alle Phasen hinweg gewährleisten soll. Technische Planung (z. B. Flucht- und Rettungswege) sowie die Bereitstellung von Baulogistikpersonal, darunter den Logistikleiter sowie Personal für die Zutrittskontrolle und die Lieferverkehrssteuerung. Ein wesentlicher Teil entfällt auf die Baustellenabsicherung, welche die Umzäunung, Schrankenanlagen, mobile Videoüberwachung und ein digitales Zutrittskontrollsystem umfasst. Die Infrastruktur wird durch das Containermanagement (Büro-, Mannschafts- und Sanitärcontainer), die Medienversorgung (Baustrom, Bauwasser) und eine flächendeckende Baubeleuchtung sichergestellt. Zudem ist der Auftragnehmer für die Versorgungs- und Entsorgungslogistik zuständig, was die Steuerung des Lieferverkehrs via Software sowie die Abfallentsorgung und Reinigung (inkl. Winterdienst) der Baustelle einschließt. Auch Schutzmaßnahmen, wie Kabelbrücken oder Witterungsschutz, sind Bestandteil des Umfangs.
