Los 1 - Baufeldfreimachung Kurzbeschreibung: Das Gesamtprojekt umfasst den Neubau eines KV-Terminals im Hafen Riesa. Bei der vorliegenden Ausschreibung handelt es sich um Leistungen der Baufeldfreimachung und Gebäudeabbruch innerhalb des Terminalbereiches im Hafengelände-Süd; Beschreibung der Leistungen nach Art und Umfang: - Abbruch von 3 Gebäuden: Lokschuppen / Werkstatt: 4.100 m3, Schuppen C: 5.500 m3, Trafostation: 230 m3 - Teilabbruch Halle A / Kaltlagerhalle 1 (25 m x 32m = 800 m²), inkl. Baustelleneinrichtung etc. -Teilabbrüche / Aufnahme Flächenbefestigung und Recycling, insb. westl. Lagerhalle 1, unbewehrte 22 cm dicke Betondecke (33 m x 28,4 m = 937,2 m2) und am Standort S 1 Recycling (ehemals Abbruch & Recycling Dresden GmbH, u.a. unbewehrte 25 cm dicke Betondecke) - Rückbau Betonwände, Mauereinfriedungen - Rückbau Straßen und Gehwege, u.a. ca. 1.500 m2 Asphaltbetondecke 4 cm - Gleisrückbau Terminal (ca. 890 m Gleise) - sonstige Abbrüche (z. B. Kranschienen, Pflasterung, Betonschwellen, Schächte, Findlinge) - Freischnitt / Rodung, (z. B. Baumfällung, Strauch- u.
