Description

Fassaden-Betonfertigteile nach DIN 18333 - Betonwerksteinarbeiten Auf dem Campus Vaihingen der Universität plant das Land Baden-Württemberg, vertreten durch Universitätsbauamt Stuttgart und Hohenheim die III. Ausbaustufe des Höchstleistungsrechenzentrums (HLRS III). Das Gebäude beinhaltet Server-, Technik- und Büroflächen für Forschung und Lehre. Der geplante Neubau HLRS III ist als freistehendes Gebäude mit Außenabmessungen von L= 77,75m, B= 37,50m und H= 12,50m bzw. 16,50m inkl. Technikaufbau als Stahlbeton- bzw. Holz-Beton- Hybridkonstruktion geplant. BGF 12.700m2. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Herstellung, Lieferung und Montage einer vorgehängten, hinterlüfteten Fassade (VHF) aus Architekturbeton im Bereich des Erdgeschosses, einschließlich der Anti-Graffiti-Beschichtung. Die Fassade umfasst die Nord-, Ost- und Südansichten und führt dreiseitig um den Technikbereich des Gebäudes, einschließlich zwei Gebäudeecken mit 90° Winkel. Die finale Betonrezeptur in Abstimmung zwischen Auftraggeber, Architekt und Fertigteilwerk festgelegt. Ziel ist ein warmer und rötlicher Farbton mit homogener, gleichbleibender Erscheinung in der Fläche. Geometrie und Teilung: Fassadenform: rechteckige Platten mit zylindrisch/konkav gewellter Ansichtsfläche Fertigteilhöhe: 3,25 m Horizontales Fassadenraster: 1,20 m Plattendicke im Maximum: 200 mm Plattendicke im Minimum: 100 mm Radius: 1,85 m Mengen: Es gibt vier Bautypen: 4-teiliges Fertigteil B x H x D = 4800 x 3250 x 200mm 24 Stück 3-teilig Fertigteil B x H x D = 3600 x 3250 x 200mm 5 Stück 2-teilig Fertigteil B x H x D = 2400 x 3250 x 200mm 4 Stück Eck-Fertigteil B x H x D = 1320 + 3720 x 3250 x 200mm) 2 Stück Bewehrung aus Betonstahlmatten B500A 10 to Dämmung aus nicht brennbarer Mineralwolle 100mm 510 m2 Fassaden-Spannbahn 510m2
