Schlossbesitz Linderhof, Maurischer Kiosk: Instandsetzung von Dach und Fassaden Ausführungsort: Schloss Linderhof Auftraggeber: Staatliches Bauamt Weilheim Hier: Instandsetzung Dachverblechung Im Schlosspark Linderhof von Schloss Linderhof wird der sog. Maurische Kiosk Instand gesetzt. Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um den ältesten noch existenten Messebau (1867). Der mit Ecktürmchen und einer Mittelkuppel in 12 m Höhe bekrönte Maurische Kiosk hat eine Grundfläche von rund 9 m x 9 m. Die gusseiserne Ständerkonstruktion ist mit eisernen Verstrebungen, Vierkanthölzern und Gipsplatten ausgefacht. Außen ist die Fassade mit rund 2.000 ornamentierten Bronze-, Zink- und Eisengussplatten bekleidet, die aufwendig gefasst und vergoldet sind. Bei der Exedra handelt es sich um eine Ergänzung, die erst beim Aufbau in Linderhof 1876 hinzugefügt wurde. Ziel der jetzigen Arbeiten ist die grundlegende restauratorische Überarbeitung aller Elemente der Außenhaut und der konstruktiven Bauteile. Dabei sollen Schäden behoben, die Statik ertüchtigt und die Oberfläche neu gefasst werden. Der vorhandene Fassungsaufbau enthält Bleimennige und Bleiweiß. Zudem sollen präventive Maßnahmen zum Schutz des Gebäudes in die Arbeiten integriert werden. Die Sanierung erfolgt grob in vier Abschnitte mit einer jährlichen Bearbeitung von je einer Fassade im Norden, Westen und Osten. Die südliche Eingangsfassade benötigt aufgrund besonderer Bearbeitung vor Ort etwas länger. Während der Arbeiten ergibt sich ein Rhythmus durch die Demontage der Fassadenplatten im Herbst, deren Bearbeitung in der Werkstatt der beauftragten Restauratoren und die anschließende Remontage im Sommer des darauffolgenden Jahres. Um ein halbes Jahr versetzt und parallel hierzu erfolgt die zweijährige Restaurierung der Dachbereiche unter einem temporären Wetterschutzgerüst, sowie die Sanierung der Treppenanlage und der geschädigten Stützmauer Putze.
