Die Stadt Mühlhausen beabsichtigt die Neuerrichtung einer Feuerwache für die Berufsfeuer-wehr und die Freiwillige Feuerwehr Mühlhausen. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt eine Gesamtvergabe der Planungs- und Bauleistungen. Der Neubau wird vom späteren Auftragnehmer schlüsselfertig erstellt. Der Feuerwehrneubau mit einer BGF von insgesamt rund 5.000 m² soll Kapazitäten die Berufsfeuerwehr Mühlhausen sowie die Freiwillige Feuerwehr einschließlich der Kinder- und Jugendfeuerwehr bieten. Weitere Angaben sind der Funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlage A 1), dem Raumprogramm (Anlage A 2) und der Vorplanung (Anlage A 3) zu entnehmen. Die Unterlagen werden zum Zeitpunkt der Angebotsaufforderung zur Verfügung gestellt. Projektziel ist die Fertigstellung und Inbetriebnahme der neuen Feuerwache bis spätestens 20. Juli 2029. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt müssen alle Leistungen des AN zwingend erbracht und abgenommen worden sein.
