Description

Die Stadt Flensburg beabsichtigt für das Förderzentrum der Max von der Grün-Schule einen Modulbau zu errichten. Die Schwerpunkte liegen bei dem Förderzentrum in der körperlichen und motorischen Entwicklung. Wichtiges Projektziel für den Neubau ist die maximale Optimierung der Planungs- und Bauzeit und die Einhaltung der Kostenobergrenze. Daher kommen sowohl Raummodulbau- und Systembauweisen (auch als Holz-Hybrid) als auch andere Bauweisen mit hohem Vorfertigungsgrad in Betracht. Es soll vom Auftragnehmer als Totalunternehmer schlüsselfertig, funktions-, betriebs- und bezugsbereit zum 31.11.2027 errichtet und übergeben werden. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt sämtliche für die Errichtung erforderlichen Leistungen, einschl. Planung, Genehmigung, Bauausführung, Innenausbau, technische Gebäudeausrüstung, Baustelleneinrichtung, Qualitätskontrolle und Abnahme, soweit in der FLB beschrieben. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen 2-geschossigen Modulbau mit einer BGF von ca. 2.615 qm. Das Raumprogramm ist für ca. 65 Schüler*innen ausgelegt mit 9 Lerngruppen von ca. 60 qm und je ein angegliederter Differenzierungsraum mit ca. 20 qm, 2 Therapieräumen, 1 Lernküche, 1 Kunst- und. Werkraum, 1 Musikraum, Aula sowie einem Verwaltungsbereich. 1 Stck. Planung und Errichtung eines Schulgebäudes in Modulbauweise - Planungsleistungen: Objektplanung, techn. Ausstattung (LPH 3-8) - Baustelleneinrichtung und Baustellenlogistik - Module (KGR 300 + 400): ca. 2.615 qm BGF - Außenanlagen herrichten Zusätzliche Informationen: 1. Zweistufiger Wettbewerb - anhand von Kriterien werden die Bewerber ausgewählt die zur Angebotsabgabe aufgefordert werden sollen. Mindestzahl 3 Bewerber - Höchstzahl 5 Bewerber. 2. Der Auftraggeber behält sich den Zuschlag auf das Erstangebot vor. 3. Fertigstellung bis 30.11.2027
