Ergänzend wird eine zentrale Kälteanlage zur Versorgung der Lüftungsanlagen sowie der Heiz- und Kühldecken installiert. Zusätzlich beinhaltet das Los die Inbetriebnahme, Dokumentation, Einweisung des Betriebspersonals sowie einen vierjährigen Wartungs- und Inspektionsvertrag für die Lüftungs- und Kälteanlagen.
