Description

Im Rahmen des Projekts „FORUM“ der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena umfasst Los 407 die Ausführung sämtlicher Heizungs- und Sanitärinstallationen für den Neubau des Kommunikationszentrums sowie die Sanierung des denkmalgeschützten Griesbachschen Anbaus. Die Leistungen beinhalten die Trinkwasser-, Abwasser- und Regenwasseranlagen, eine Fernwärmeversorgung mit Hausanschlussstation, Heizungsverteilnetze, Flächenheizungen, Heizkörper sowie die komplette Ausstattung der Sanitärbereiche mit Sanitärobjekten, Armaturen, Vorwandelementen und Hygieneausstattung. Besonderer Wert wird auf Barrierefreiheit, Trinkwasserhygiene und energieeffiziente Gebäudetechnik gelegt. Zusätzlich ist ein Wartungs- und Inspektionsvertrag für die Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen vorgesehen, der die regelmäßige Wartung, Inspektion sowie kleinere Instandsetzungsarbeiten über eine Vertragslaufzeit von vier Jahren umfasst.
