Generalübernehmerleistungen für die Errichtung eines freistehenden, zweigeschossigen Schulerweiterungsbaus an der Förderschule Virneburg in Langenfeld Der Kreis Mettmann plant die Förderschule an der Virneburg, Stadt Langenfeld mit dem Förderschwerpunkt geistige Entwicklung zu erweitern. Das Gebäude soll auf Grundlage der beigefügten Planunterlagen und Gutachten in Modulbauweise erstellt werden. Die Wahl des Modulsystems ist dem Bieter freigestellt, sofern alle gestellten Forderungen umgesetzt werden und gültige Normen und Vorschriften für den Schulbau eingehalten sind. Maßliche, technische und optische Anforderung die verbindlich einzuhalten und umzusetzen sind, sind in der FLB beschrieben. Abmessungen und Eckdaten: Grundfläche ca. 881 m2, Zahl der Vollgeschosse nach LBauO: 2, Nutzung: Förderschule Schwerpunkt geistige Entwicklung, NF gesamt: ca 1.500m2, BGF: ca.1.762 m2.
