Im Zentrum der Stadt Burg Stargard wird ein Bürgerhauses errichtet, welches als Anlaufpunkt der Einwohner der Stadt Burg Stargard und des Amtes Stargarder Land dient. In diesem Haus ist zukünftig die Stadt- und Amtsverwaltung untergebracht. Das Bürgerhaus besteht aus zwei Gebäuden. Ein sanierter Altbau und ein neu errichteter Neubau. Folgende Bauleistungen werden benötigt: Neubau - Treppenanlage aus Stahl zu Erreichung des Spitzbodens mit dazugehörigem Treppengeländer mit Statik und Werksplanung, - Treppengeländer des Haupttreppenhauses mit Statik und Werksplanung, - Geländer als Absturzsicherung im Foyer vor dem Ratssaalniedergang mit Statik und Werksplanung, - Balkonbrüstungsgeländer mit Statik und Werksplanung, - Durchgangszarge mit Metall-Glas-Element. Altbau - Brüstungsgeländer vor Giebelfenster. Außenbereich - Handlauf.
