Description

Die Stadt Burg Stargard beabsichtigt die Errichtung eines im Zentrum der Stadt gelegenen Bürgerhauses unter Einbeziehung des historischen ehemaligen Wohnhauses Marktstr. 7 an der nordöstlichen Begrenzung des Marktplatzes. Die Errichtung des 2-geschossigen Gebäudes als Fachwerkbau geht auf das Jahr 1715 zurück, seine erhaltene Gestalt beruht auf umfangreichen Umbauten um 1818. Auf dem Grundstück Marktstr. 5 soll ein nicht unterkellerter 2- geschossiger Neubau mit ausgebautem Dachgeschoss und Ratssaal im Erdgeschoss errichtet werden. Notwendiges Treppenhaus und barrierefreier Aufzug sind dem Neubau zugeordnet. Über ein großzügiges Foyer im Erdgeschoss und Brückenübergängen in den darüber liegenden Geschossen erfolgt die Anbindung an den Bestand Marktstr. 7. Ein Anbau im rückwärtigen Bereich der Marktstr. 7 wurde aufgrund irreparabler Schädigung bereits zurückgebaut und wird durch einen Neubau für die Sanitärbereiche ersetzt. Arbeitshöhen im Ratssaal: bis 3,50 m, in allen anderen Bereichen der Vollgeschosse, bis 2,70 m Im Dachraum teilweise bis 5,70. Rollrüstung ist im LV enthalten Beigefügte Unterlagen: Architektenpläne: - Grundriss EG - Grundriss OG - Grundriss DG - Schnitte A-A, B-B, E-E
