Description

Es handelt sich um den Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags über die Lieferung von Bauhilfsstoffen, Zement- und Schnellbinder sowie Schnellbindereparaturmörtel für verschiedene Verwendungsstellen im Stadtgebiet von Dortmund gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung. Der Vertrag wird ab Auftragserteilung, frühestens jedoch ab dem 01.10.2026, für die Dauer von 12 Monaten mit einer dreimaligen Verlängerungsoption um jeweils ein Jahr abgeschlossen. Der Vertrag verlängert sich nach der Mindestvertragslaufzeit von 12 Monaten still-schweigend um jeweils ein weiteres Jahr, wenn der Vertrag nicht mit einer Frist von sechs Monaten zum Ende des ersten Vertragsjahres bzw. des zweiten oder dritten Vertragsjahres vom Auftraggeber oder Auftragnehmer gekündigt wird. Die maximale Laufzeit beträgt 4 Jahre.
