Description

Rahmenvereinbarung "Heizung-Lüftung-Sanitär-Material" mit Einstellung in das eProcurement-System des Landes Hessen Im zurückliegenden Vertragszeitraum belief sich der Gesamtwert über alle Bestellungen zur Rahmenvereinbarung "Heizung-Lüftung-Sanitär-Material" auf rund 295.000 Euro/netto jährlich. Dem Auftraggeber steht ein einseitiges Leistungsbestimmungserweiterungsrecht bis zu 20,00 % der Netto-Gesamtangebotssumme aus diesem Vergabeverfahren als Mehrbedarf (quantitative Leistungserweiterung) zu. Der maximale Gesamtwert über alle Bestellungen, der über diese Rahmenvereinbarung abgerufen werden kann, wird auf 1.416.000,00 Euro/netto festgelegt. Dieser ergibt sich aus dem geschätzten Gesamtwert über alle Bestellungen für die maximale Vertragslaufzeit von 4 Jahren von 1.180.000, Euro/netto zuzüglich 20,00 % als Bedarfserweiterungsmenge.
