Description

Für den Neubau des Gymnasium in Herrsching benötigt der Landkreis Starnberg die Leistung Entwässerungsarbeiten. Zusätzliche Leistungen in Form von Verputzarbeiten, Tiefbaumaßnahmen als freiwillige Ersatzvornahme und auf Grund von Behinderungen und Verzögerung war nur noch eine sehr kleinteilige Leistungserbringung möglich. Ein anderer Auftragnehmer trat freiwillig von den Restleistungen zurück und durch die örtliche Nähe war die Leistung durch den Auftragnehmer kostengünstiger auszuführen. Neubau Gymnasium Herrsching, Entwässerungsarbeiten -Verputzarbeiten -Tiefbaumaßnahmen als freiwillige Ersatzvornahme Fa. Kölbl -Auf Grund von Behinderungen und Verzögerung war nur noch eine sehr kleinteilige Leistungserbringung möglich. Firma Kölbl trat freiwillig von den Restleistungen zurück durch die örtliche Nähe war Leistung durch Fa. Kaindl kostengünstiger auszuführen
