Description

Das Pfalzklinikum plant die Erweiterung des Jugendmaßregelvollzuges im südlichen Bereich des Klinikgeländes in 76889 Klingenmünster, Weinstraße 100. Die Erweiterung ist mit einem 2- geschossigen Neubau (mit Teilunterkellerung als WU-Konstruktion) inkl. Zugangsbereich und Sporthalle vorgesehen. Das Gebäude ist als Ortbeton-, Halbfertigteil-(Wände/ Decken) und Mauerwerkskonstruktion konzipiert. Eine sep. Werkhalle für den Bereich Arbeitstherapie mit Anbindung an das bestehende Gebäude 50 gehört ebenfalls zum Erweiterungsumfang und somit zur Baumaßnahme. Die Werkhalle ist ebenfalls als Ortbeton- und Halbfertigteilkonstruktion (Wände) konzipiert. Die Ausschreibung beinhaltet alle starkstromtechnischen Anlagen mit zugehöriger Verkabelung. Im Wesentlichen bestehend aus Niederspannungshaupt- und Unterverteilern, allgemeine Elektroinstallationen, Beleuchtung, Sicherheitsbeleuchtung, Blitzschutz- und PV-Anlagen sowie KNX-Systeme zur Sonnenschutz- und Beleuchtungssteuerung. Die Ausführung erfolgt in weiten Bereichen mit vandalismussicheren Komponenten. VWR43-400-07.1 Starkstromanlagen Niederspannungsanlagen 1 St. USV Anlage 30 kVA 300 St. PV Anlage, Module 18 St. Gebäudehaupt- und Unterverteiler für AV, SV und USV Netze 310 St. Installationsgeräte vandalensicher (Schalter, Steckdosen u.P.) 210 St. Installationsgeräte Standard, (Schalter, Steckdosen, u.P., a.P.) 170 St. Beleuchtung vandalensicher 200 St. Beleuchtung Standardleuchten 120 St. Sicherheitsbel. Zentralbatterieanlage mit Sicherheits-/ Rettungszeichenleuchten 1.000 m Verlegesysteme Kabelrinnen / Kanäle 350 m Blitzschutz, Fangleitungen 1.300 m Potentialausgleich Leitungen 12.000 m Niederspannungskabel bis 35 mm² 16.000 m MSR Kabel gemischt Außenkabel, Erschließung 500 m Niederspannung Hauptzuleitungen bis 180 mm²
