Description

Das Pfalzklinikum plant die Erweiterung des Jugendmaßregelvollzuges im südlichen Bereich des Klinikgeländes in 76889 Klingenmünster, Weinstraße 100. Die Erweiterung ist mit einem 2- geschossigen Neubau (mit Teilunterkellerung als WU-Konstruktion) inkl. Zugangsbereich und Sporthalle vorgesehen. Das Gebäude ist als Ortbeton-, Halbfertigteil-(Wände/ Decken) und Mauerwerkskonstruktion konzipiert. Die Flachdächer (Gebäude 49N, Eingangsbereich und Verbindungsgang) bestehen aus Stahlbeton. Das Flachdach im Bereich der Sportraum wird aus Trapezprofilblechen hergestellt, welche auf einem Primärtragwerk aus Brettschichtholzbindern (BSH) aufliegen. Darauf wird der Gründachaufbau mit Extensivbegrünung aufgebaut. Eine separate Werkhalle für den Bereich Arbeitstherapie mit Anbindung an das bestehende Gebäude 50 gehört ebenfalls zum Erweiterungsumfang und somit zur Baumaßnahme. Die Werkhalle ist ebenfalls als Ortbeton- und Halbfertigteilkonstruktion (Wände) konzipiert. Das Pultdach der Werkhalle bekommt als Tragkonstruktion Brettschichtholzbinder und der Dachbelag wird in Form einer Brettstapeldecke mit einer Dicke von ca. 12 cm ausgeführt. Darauf wird der Gründachaufbau mit Extensivbegrünung aufgebaut. Alle Dächer werden mit Photovoltaikanlagen ausgestattet. VWR43-300-02 Dachdeckerarbeiten 1.150 m² Abdichtung gegen Bodenfeuchtigkeit 1.700 m² Dachabdichtung 1.400 m² Dachbegrünung 160 m² Terrassenbelag Betonplatten 485 m Attikaabdeckung 160 m Regenfallrohre 5 St. Lichtkuppeln 90 m² Estrich mit Abdichtung aus Kunstharz 20 m² Betonplatten Unterkonstruktion Standfläche
