Description

Das Pfalzklinikum plant die Erweiterung des Jugendmaßregelvollzuges im südlichen Bereich des Klinikgeländes in 76889 Klingenmünster, Weinstraße 100. Die Erweiterung ist mit einem 2- geschossigen Neubau (mit Teilunterkellerung als WU-Konstruktion) inkl. Zugangsbereich und Sporthalle vorgesehen. Das Gebäude ist als Ortbeton-, Halbfertigteil-(Wände/ Decken) und Mauerwerkskonstruktion konzipiert. Eine sep. Werkhalle für den Bereich Arbeitstherapie mit Anbindung an das bestehende Gebäude 50 gehört ebenfalls zum Erweiterungsumfang und somit zur Baumaßnahme. Die Werkhalle ist ebenfalls als Ortbeton- und Halbfertigteilkonstruktion (Wände) konzipiert. Trinkwasser- und Heizungsseitiger Anschluss der Gebäude aus dem Netz des Pfalzklinikum. PE-HD für Trinkwasser DN25-50, Stahlrohr DN25-100, geschweißt für Fernwärme WR43-400-15 Technischer Rohrleitungsbau (Infrastruktur Trinkwasser und Fernwärme) Sanitär: • 162 Ifdm PE-Druckrohrleitung inkl. Form- und Verbindungsstücke DN 25 - DN 50 • 1 Stck Unterflurschieber DN 50 • 3 Stck Gartenhydranten DN 25 • 5 Stck Mauerdurchführungen, Ringraumdichtungen DN 25 - DN 50 Heizung/Kälte: • 220 lfdm Stahlrohr (Doppelrohr) geschweißt mit PE-Mantelrohr inkl. Form- und Verbindungsstücke, inkl. Netzüberwachung, DN 25-100 • 12 Stck Nenndurchführung mit Ringraumdichtung (für Doppelrohr) DN 25-100
