Die Versorgungsbetriebe Bordesholm GmbH beabsichtigen, Leistungen für den Bau und die spätere (optionale) Wartung eines Batteriespeichers im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb zu vergeben. Die Vergabe erfolgt in 4 Losen. Gegenstand des hier ausgeschriebenen Loses 4 sind Vor-Ort-Arbeiten & -einrichtungen für den Batteriespeicher in unmittelbarer räumlicher Nähe des PV-Freilandparks "Eiderstede" mit einer installierten Leistung von 14,236 kWp. Der Liefer- und Leistungsumfang umfasst im Wesentlichen die Herstellung bzw. Ausführung von - Tiefbauarbeiten, - Geländeeinfriedung (mit optionalen Lieferungen und Leistungen), - Erdungs- und Blitzschutzanlage, - Löschwasserkissen, - aller Streifenfundamente und Wege (mit optionalen Lieferungen und Leistungen), - Kranstellfläche, - Videoüberwachungsanlage, - Hofbeleuchtung und - aller Kabellieferungs- und -verlegearbeiten auf dem Batterieparkgelände und auch außerhalb des Batterieparkgeländes zur Kabelanbindung an das öffentliche Netz. Der Batteriespeicher soll die Vermarktung des Stroms aus der PV-Freilandanlage optimieren und in verbleibenden Freilaufzeiten im Cross-Market in verschiedenen Märkten tätig sein (z.B. in den Wintermonaten und den Nachtstunden). Der Batteriespeicher soll mit 3 Line-Ups mit jeweils 2-3 Stück 20 Fuß-Containern mit jeweils rd. 5 MWh Batteriekapazität und einer Mindestleistungsanforderung je Container von 2,3 MVA ausgestattet werden. Die genaue Anzahl der Container je Line-Up (2 oder 3 Stück) ergibt sich auf Basis des wirtschaftlichsten Angebots für Los 1. Der Batteriespeicher entsteht am bereits bestehenden Netzanschlusskabel des PV-Freilandparks. Die max. zulässigen Leistung am Netzanschlusspunkt beträgt 12,3 MW. Diese max. zulässige Leistung am Netzanschlusspunkt darf nicht überschritten werden. Dies wird im Betrieb dadurch sichergestellt, dass der neue Batteriespeichers mit einem bereits bei den Versorgungsbetrieben vorhandenen Batteriespeicher (aktuell rd.: 15 MW & 14,2 MWh) gemeinsam vermarktet und gesteuert wird. In diese Steuerung und Vermarktung wird dann auch die jeweilige Übergabemessung aus der PV-Freilandanlage "Eiderstede" und die Übergabe zum vorgelagerten Netzbetreiber SH Netz AG einbezogen. Weitere Einzelheiten zum Liefer- und Leistungsumfang des Loses 4 sind unter Ziff. 4 der Anlage A: Technische Bieterinformation näher beschrieben.
