Description

Neubau der Teilanstalt 1 (TA I) als kreuzförmiges Zellengebäude mit 4-flügeligem und 4-geschossigem Baukörper ohne Unterkellerung; Ausführung als Stahlbetonkonstruktion in Halbfertigteilbauweise im regelmäßigen Achsratersystem. Gliederung des Gebäudes in die Bauteile A-D (Flügel). Das Gebäude erstreckt sich über eine max. Länge von rund 77 m und eine Breite von rund 82 m. Geschosshöhe im EG bei 3,765, in den oberen Geschossen redzuziert sich die Geschosshöhe auf 2,98 m. Die Erschließung erfolgt über drei Treppenhäuser und einen Aufzug. Ausgeschrieben sind hier die Stahlbetonarbeiten in Ortbeton oder Halbfertig- und Vollfertigteile. Die Baustelleneinrichtung beinhaltet dabei auch Aufstellung zweier Kräne und Gerüstarbeiten (Arbeits - und Schutzgerüst) sowohl für eigene Zwecke, als auch nach Fertigstellung des Rohbaus zur Gebrauchsüberlassung für sämtliche andere am Bau Beteiligte.
