Description

Im Zuge der Neuordnung der Luftrettung in Baden-Württemberg wird der Standort des Rettungshubschraubers Christoph 41 dauerhaft von Leonberg an die BG Klinik Tübingen verlegt. Daher soll auf dem Grundstück der BG Klinik Tübingen ein Luftrettungszentrum zur Stationierung des Rettungshubschraubers mit Flugbetriebsfläche, Hangar, Betankungsanlage, Mannschafts- und Sozialräumen der Besatzung und weiterer üblicher Infrastruktureinrichtungen einer Rettungshubschrauber-Station installiert werden. Die BG Klinik Tübingen wird bei der Errichtung des Luftrettungszentrums durch den Kostenträger DGUV unterstützt. Das Luftrettungszentrum wird als vom Erdboden erhöhte Konstruktion im südöstlichen Bereich des Grundstücks der BG Klinik Tübingen errichtet. Die Plattformhöhe beträgt ca. 16m über Gelände. Als vorbereitende Maßnahmen sind Arbeiten zur Anpassung und Neuerstellung verkehrstechnischer und ingenieurbaulicher Anlagen notwendig. Die Neubaumaßnahmen umfassen die Hubschrauberplattform mit Vorflugfläche und einen Hangar mit Betankungsanlage. Stahlbetonarbeiten, Wände ca. 2.365m² Stahlbetonarbeiten, Stützen 30*30cm ca. 49m Stahlbetonarbeiten, Über- Unterzüge 30*30 - 30*100 ca. 175m² Stahlbetonarbeiten, Decken ca. 750m² Fertigteile Treppenläufe und Podeste Gründung, Pfahlkopfplatten 470m³, Einzelfundamente 105m³, Koppelplatte 350m² Stahlverbundstützen Durchm. 508mm - 813mm Länge ca. 215m Kammerbetonträger als Halbfertigteil B/H 300*900 Länge ca. 210m Korrosionsschutz C3-hoch für Stahlverbundstützen und Träger ca. 670m² Stahlbeton-Verbunddecke ca. 650m² Stahlbetonestrich ca. 285m² Blitzschutzarbeiten außen ca. 550m Fundamenterder ca. 950m Einlegearbeiten Elektro ca. 420 m Schutzrohre und Einbaudosen Einbauteile Aufzugsanlage Abdichtungsarbeiten außen Bitumendickbeschichtung ca. 530m² Bitumenschweißbahnen ca. 330m² Unterdeckendämmung Trägerrost ca. 900m² Estricharbeiten ca. 180m²
