Description

Die Hamburger Energiewerke GmbH (HEnW) haben sich zum Ziel gesetzt, bis 2030 aus der Kohle auszusteigen und bis 2040 eine treibhausgasneutrale Wärmeversorgung für Hamburg zu erreichen. Wesentlicher Baustein ist die Transformation des Kraftwerksstandorts Tiefstack zum Energiepark Tiefstack im Rahmen des Programms TiTra (Tiefstack Transformation). Dem Teilvorhaben 4 (Errichtung einer Flusswasserwärmepumpe, Wärmepumpe Billwerder Bucht) ist das gegenständliche Vorhaben zugeordnet. Ziel ist die Bereitstellung einer thermischen Leistung von mindestens 60 MWth. Zur Förderung des Flusswassers aus der Billwerder Bucht wird das be-stehende Kühlwassersystem des Kraftwerks genutzt. Hierfür ist eine Entnahme- und Einleitleitung an die bestehende Hauptkühlwasserleitung DN 2000 (Spannbeton) anzubinden. Als vorbereitende Maßnahme wird während des planmäßigen Revisionszeitraums des Kraftwerks im Sommer 2027 ein neues Flusswasser-Anbindungsmodul in das Hauptkühlwassersystem einge-bunden. Das Hauptkühlwassersystem DN 2000 wird hierfür im Rahmen der Revision für rund 6 Wo-chen außer Betrieb genommen. Gegenstand dieses Teilnahmewettbewerbs ist die Ausführung der hierfür erforderlichen Bau- und Montageleistungen. Diese umfassen im Wesentlichen: ? Umverlegung, Überbrückung und teilweiser Rückbau von Bestandsleitungen im Baufeld (Bau-feldfreimachung) ? Herstellung der Baugrube inkl. Verbau und Wasserhaltung sowie Wiederherstellung der Ober-fläche ? Teilrückbau der Spannbeton-Hauptkühlwasserleitung ? Einbau des neuen PE-Anbindungsmoduls (Sonderanschlussstücke, Entnahme- und Einleitlei-tung) ? Rückbau und Umschluss der provisorischen Überbrückungsleitungen
