Tiefbauarbeiten Auf dem nördlichen Vorfeld (Frachtbereich CCN) sind die Flugzeugpositionen F211 und F212 sanierungsbedürftig. Die Schädigungen zeigen sich insbesondere durch Abplatzungen, Aus-brüche, Rissbildungen und Ausmergelungen im Beton. Die Maßnahme umfasst die Sanierung der voll tragfähigen Oberbaukonstruktion im jeweiligen Positionsbereich inklusive der Fugenkonstruktionen. Es erfolgt die Herstellung eines neuen, volltragfähigen Oberbaus in hybrider Betonbauweise inklusive aller Fugenabdichtungen. Das Sanierungsgebiet auf den zwei Positionen umfasst insgesamt ca. 15.000 m². Zusätzlich wird die Erneuerung vorhandener Infrastrukturanlagen (Lichtmaste, AVDGS-Anlage, Bodenstrom, Ladestationen, etc.) inkl. Versorgungsmedien, die Herstellung einer gezielten Entwässerung sowie die Neuverortung von Tankpits und Implementierung einer Trafostation berücksichtigt. Im Einzelnen kommen u.a. zur Ausführung: 1. ca. 15.000 m² Abbruch Oberbau Beton (bis ca. -90 cm) 2. ca. 15.000 m² Herstellung Oberbau vertikal Hybrid (Asphalttragschicht u. Betondecke) 3. ca. 7.200 m Fugenarbeiten in neuer Betondecke 4. ca. 2.900 m Fugenarbeiten in bestehender Betondecke 5. ca. 3.200 m³ Rohrgräben und Baugruben 6. ca. 9.000 m Verlegung von Kabelschutzrohren (Rohrpakete untersch. Dimension) 7. 4 St Abbruch und Neubau von Tankpits 8. 35 St Abbruch RW-Punktabläufe inkl. Ablaufleitung 9. 280 m Herstellung Entwässerungsrinnen inkl. Ablaufleitung 10. ca. 1.700 m² Reinigung und Demarkierungen mit Wasserhochdruckstrahlen 11. Diverse Markierungen für Flugbetriebsflächen herstellen 12. Allgemeine Leistungen der Dokumentation und Vermessung
