Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe der Tief- und Rohrbauleistungen zur schlüsselfertigen Herstellung einer ca. 16,5 km langen Wasserstoffleitung(DN 600) im Abschnitt zwischen Leidingen und Dillingen auf Grundlage einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung und der Entwurfs- und Genehmigungsplanung (laufendes Planfeststellungsverfahren), einschließlich der Erstellung der erforderlichen Ausführungsunterlagen und der nach DVGW-Regelwerk erforderlichen Prüfungen und Messungen zum Nachweis der Betriebsbereitschaft. Die Creos Deutschland Wasserstoff GmbH ist eine Projektgesellschaft und regulierte Wasserstoff-Kernnetzbetreiberin, die das Wasserstoffprojekt mosaHYc (Moselle-Saar-Hydrogen-Conversion) ausführt. Die hier gegenständliche "Leitung 5 WW8004" des Projektes mosaHYc, mit dem zusammen mit dem französischen Gasnetzbetreiber NaTran SA ("NaTran") ein ca. 90 Kilometer langes grenzüberschreitendes Wasserstoffnetz geschaffen werden soll. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören insbesondere: - Herstellung und Unterhaltung der Lagerflächen und Baustelleneinrichtungsflächen - Alle für die schlüsselfertige Herstellung der Rohrleitung erforderlichen Rohr- und Tiefbauarbeiten. - Herstellung aller Sonderbauwerke, u.a.: Verlegung im Steilhang, 1x HDD für Rohrleitung, 2x HDD für Begleitkabel, 10x Pressverfahren (Schneckenbohrung / Microtunnel, davon 1x Querung Bahnstrecke) - Einbindung Streckenarmaturen und Molchschleuse, begleitende Tiefbauarbeiten - Verlegung von Begleitkabeln (LWL, Stromkabel). - Ausführungsplanung für die Rohrleitung einschl. aller Sonderbauwerke - Alle erforderlichen Prüfungen und Messungen, u.a.: Zerstörungsfreie Werkstoffprüfungen, Druckprüfungen, Kalibriermolchung
