Zur Ausführung kommen im Wesentlichen: - Malerarbeiten an Decken, Wänden, Laibungen in allen Geschossen des Bestandsgebäude - Restaurierungsarbeiten an Treppenlauf und -podesten in der Rotunde, mit Ziergesimsen und Zierprofilen, mit Bestandsbeschichtung. - Lackieren von Stahltüren - Beschichtung von Stahl-Treppengeländern Zu bearbeitende Fläche: ca. 5.000 m² Beginn und Ende der Auftragsausführung Ausführungsbeginn: Januar 2026 Ausführungsende: Juli 2026
