Stülerbau West, Schloßstraße 1, 14059 Berlin Sanierung Stülerbau West Dachdeckungs-, Dachabdichtungsarbeiten, Klempnerarbeiten - DIN 18338, 18339 VE3201 - DIN18338, 18339 - Dachdeckungs-, Dachabdichtungsarbeiten, Klempnerarbeiten Beschreibung Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Dachdeckungs-, Dachabdichtungsarbeiten, Klempnerarbeiten gemäß DIN 18338 und 18339. Die Dachdecker- und Klempnerleistungen umfassen im Wesentlichen folgende Arbeiten: - Abbruch und die Entsorgung der Bestandsdachdeckung sowie der vorhandenen Klempnerbauteile - Herstellung einer neuen Dachabdichtung aus Polymerbitumen-Schweißbahnen - Herstellung neuer Blechabdeckungen im Bereich der Balustraden - Einbau von Dachausstiegen, Aufzugentrauchungselementen und Entlüftungsleitungen - Lieferung und Montage neuer Entwässerungsrinnen und Notabläufe, teilweise als Sonderbauteile - Unterkonstruktion für die PV-Anlage Zu bearbeitende Dachfläche: ca. 450 m² Instandhaltungsleistungen sind Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung - Laufzeit 4 Jahre Beginn und Ende der Auftragsausführung Ausführungsbeginn: 42. KW 2026 , spätestens am letzten Werktag dieser KW. Ausführungsende: innerhalb von 100 Werktagen nach Ausführungsbeginn
