3.3104 Metallbauarbeiten Fassade 1 Mohl Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst im Wesentlichen: Demontagearbeiten - ca. 660 m2 Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden mit Einsatzelementen, Paneelen und Anschlüssen zurückbauen und entsorgen, incl. Ausbau und Entsorgung von gefährlichem Schadstoff (KMF-Dämmungen) - ca. 600 m2 Isolierverglasung ausbauen und recyclen - ca. 22 m2 Pfosten-Riegel- Glasdach mit Drahtglas zurückbauen und entsorgen Metallbau- und Verglasungsarbeiten - ca. 2.100 kg Stahlhohlprofile der geschweißten Fassadentragkonstruktionen ergänzen - ca. 680 m2 bzw. ca. 77 St. neue Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden aus Aufsatzsystem auf (Bestands-) Stahlprofilen mit 2-fach Isolierverglasung und Paneelen, mit Sicherheitsanforderungen und absturzsichernd, einschl. Anschlüssen - 1 St. Neubau 1-flg. Fluchttürelement in Pfosten-Riegel-Konstruktion ca. 1.450x2115 mm, RC3 - ca. 22 m2 Pfosten-Riegel- Glasdach mit Drahtglas auf Bestandskonstruktion - 1 St. 2-flg. Stahlblech-Außentor EI30 C2, RC3, mit einseitiger Blechbekleidung, BxH ca. 3310x4090 mm Überholungs- und Sanierungsarbeiten - Anstrich an ca. 2.540 lfm Bestandsstahlprofilen "in situ" schadstoffbelastete, schwermetallhaltige Beschichtung im Laserverfahren entfernen - ca. 725 m2 Vollerneuerung bzw. Erstauftrag einer Korrosionsschutzbeschichtung auf Stahltragkonstruktionen Sonnenschutzarbeiten - ca. 50 St. vertikale textile Außenjalousien ausbauen, aufarbeiten und wieder einbauen Werk- und Montageplanung, statische Nachweise
