Aufarbeitung und Ausbesserungen 40 Stk. Fenster- und Türelemente (ab Baujahr 19 Jhd.) vor Ort instandsetzen - Typ Rundbogen oder Palladiofenster, in unterschiedlichen Größen, ca. 10-15m² 1 Stk. Bestandstür instandsetzen und ergänzen nach historischem Vorbild inkl. Antriebstechnik •Schadstoffsanierung bleihaltiger und/oder PCB-haltiger Anstriche inkl. Schutzmaßnahmen •Demontagearbeiten von Fenster- und Türelementen inkl. Entsorgung Altholz Kat. A IV •Liefern und montieren von neuen Innenfenster- und Türelementen nach historischem Vorbild 43 Stk. neue Innenfenster inkl. Nischenbekleidung als Vorsatzfenster vor histor. Außenfenster - Ausführung nach historischem Vorbild, in unterschiedlichen Größen, ca. 11-17m² 1 Stk. Fenstertür als neues Vorsatzelement vor histor. Balkontür, Elementgröße ca. 14,5m² 19 Stk. neue Innenfenster zum überdachten Innenraum (ehem.
