VE-BA1-10 Sanitär - Heizung - Kälte Die Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide ("Fraport") betreibt den Flughafen Frankfurt/Main und daneben allein oder gemeinsam mit Dritten weltweit mehrere weitere Flughäfen, Terminals und Dienstleistungsgesellschaften. Der Flughafen Frankfurt plant im Terminal 1 die komplette räumliche Umstrukturierung des Bereiches der hohen Halle B Mitte mit den angrenzenden Shoppingbereichen "Avenue" und "Boulevard". Das Projekt "Ganzheitliche Betrachtung Halle B-Mitte" ist ursprünglich als Projekt zur Brandschutzsanierung und Tragwerkssanierung gestartet und hat sich nach Abschluss der Vorentwurfsplanungen durch die Möglichkeiten, die sich in dem Bereich baulich ergeben sowie durch neue Anforderungen der Auftraggeberin zu einem Projekt der kompletten Umgestaltung der Halle B Mitte und der angrenzenden Bereiche Boulevard und Avenue entwickelt. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Vergabe sind folgende Leistungen: Herstellung aller Abwasser-, Wasser-, Gasanlagen, Wärmeversorgungsanlagen und Kälteanlagen im Projekt "Ganzheitliche Betrachtung Halle B Mitte" für den Bauabschnitt 1. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Vergabe sind folgende Leistungen: Herstellung aller Abwasser-, Wasser-, Gasanlagen, Wärmeversorgungsanlagen und Kälteanlagen, u.A.: Abwasser-, Wasser-, Gasanlagen: Erneuerung der Leitungen - ca. 420m Regenwasser, ca. 110m Notentwässerung, ca. 460m Schmutzwasser, ca. 60m Schmutzwasser fetthaltig - ca. 850m Trinkwasser, ca. 330m Brauchwasser - Erneuerung der Warmwassererzeugung (zentral und dezentral) - ca. 13 Durchlauferhitzer 6-24kW, 1 Frischwasserstation - Erneuerung der WC-Bereiche inkl. Sanitärobjekte - ca. 23 WCs, ca. 2 WCs barrierefrei, ca. 2 Duschen Wärmeversorgungs- und Kälteanlagen: Errichtung einer neuen Technikzentrale - Verteiler heizen ca. 800kW / 4 Heizkreise - Verteiler kühlen ca. 1000kW / 4 Heizkreise - Erneuerung der Leitungen - ca. 1200m Heizung, ca. 2650m Kälte - Wärmepumpe heizen/kühlen ca. 110 kW - neue Heiz-/Kühlbaffeln ca. 68 Stk und Umluftkühlgeräte ca. 25 Stk."
