Description

Sanitärinstallation (Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen) Die Verbandsgemeinde Altenahr beabsichtigt, die während der Flut-Katastrophe im Juli 2021 überflutete Realschule-Plus in Altenahr zu sanieren. Das Bauvorhaben befindet sich in Altenahr im Ortsteil Altenburg. Die Bestandsgebäude sind in Massivbauweise ausgeführt. Das Gebäude ist dreigeschossig, in Teilen eingeschossig. Unter dem EG befindet sich ein Heizzentrale sowie ein ausgedehnter Kriechkeller mit geringer Raumhöhe. Die Dachflächen bestehen aus Walm-, Sattel-, Pult-und Flachdächern. Die Dachflächen werden in Teilen abgebrochen und erneuert. Die Außenwände sind mit einen WDVS bekleidet, welches bereits bis zu einer Höhe von ca. 4,50m über Gelände zurückgebaut wurde und vollständig erneuert wird. Die Außenfenster-und Außentüranlagen, die Entwässerung aller Dachflächen, sowie Innenausbau und Haustechnik werden ebenfalls vollständig erneuert. Das Gebäude erhält außerdem einen Lift zur barrierefreien Erschließung der oberen Geschosse.
