Erstellung eines Rohbaus bestehend aus Stahlbeton-Innenwänden, -Stützen, -Decken sowie vorgefertigten Außenwänden in Holzbauweise (Holz-Hybrid-Bauweise) Stichwortartige Leistungsbeschreibung: Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Erstellung des Rohbaus eines mehrgeschossigen Hauptgebäudes sowie eines eingeschossigen Nebengebäudes mit Stahlbetoninnenbauteilen (Wände, Stützen, Decken) und vorgefertigten Außenwänden in Holzbauweise einschließlich Dachkonstruktion und Gebäudehülle. Die Leistungen beinhalten sämtliche Rohbau- und Zimmererarbeiten inklusive Baustelleneinrichtung sowie den Einbau von Holzfenstern und -türen zur Herstellung einer dichten Gebäudehülle. Zu den wesentlichen Mengen zählen ca. 168 m³ Ortbeton-Stahlbetondecken, ca. 36.500 kg Bewehrungsstahl, ca. 609 m² Starkholz-Außenwandelemente, ca. 21 m³ Brettschichtholz-Sparren für das Walmdach sowie ca. 467 m² Zwischensparrendämmung. Stichwortartige Beschreibung der Baumaßnahme: Das Bauvorhaben umfasst den Ersatzneubau der Kindertageseinrichtung Maria Patrona Bavariae in Oberschleißheim an der Hofkurat-Diehl-Straße 5. Vorgesehen ist die Errichtung eines mehrgeschossigen Hauptgebäudes sowie eines eingeschossigen Nebengebäudes in Holz-Hybrid-Bauweise einschließlich der zugehörigen Freianlagen. Das Hauptgebäude wird mit Erdgeschoss, 1. Obergeschoss und Dachgeschoss ausgeführt und umfasst eine Bruttogrundfläche von ca. 1.066 m² sowie einen Bruttorauminhalt von ca. 3.970 m³. Ergänzend ist ein eingeschossiges Nebengebäude in Holzbauweise mit Stahlbetonfundament vorgesehen, welches eine Bruttogrundfläche von ca. 35 m² und einen Bruttorauminhalt von ca. 98 m³ aufweist. Die Kindertageseinrichtung ist für vier Kindergartengruppen mit jeweils bis zu 25 Kindern und damit insgesamt bis zu 100 Kinder ausgelegt; sie wird teilweise als integrative Einrichtung genutzt. Die Erschließung erfolgt barrierefrei über einen Plattformlift.
