Die Stadt Schramberg plant am Ortsrand von Tennenbronn eine neue Sport- und Festhalle, welche den Vereinen für diverse Veranstaltungen dienen soll. Hangseitig ist aufgrund der Geländehöhen ein Verbau sowie eine Drainage erforderlich. Die Gründung der Halle erfolgt über Streifenfundamente mit einzelnen Brunnengründungen. Die erdberührten Außenwände werden in Massivbauweise aus Beton errichtet. Alle weiteren Außenwände sind in Holzrahmenbauweise geplant. Der Großteil der tragenden Innenwände ist ebenfalls in Holzrahmenbauweise und als Brettsperrholzwände geplant. Hallengröße ca. 53m x 30m Hallengröße ca. 53m x 30m Verbau und Mikropfahlgründungen mit zum Teil Dauerhafter Vernagelung, Tiefgründung und Brunnengründung. Erd- und Tiefbauarbeiten mit Grundleitungen für Schmutz- und Regenwasser sowie Geothermieleitungen, Beton- und Stahlbetonarbeiten für Bodenplatte, Erdberührende Wände und Decken mit zum Teil Einlegearbeiten. Drän- und Abdichtungsarbeiten. Offene Wasserhaltung. Abbruch und Entsorgung von Vorhandenen Außenanlagen, Bodenaushub Lagern, wieder einbauen und entsorgen.
