Description

Raumlufttechnische Anlagen (Kältetechnik) Das Referat für Hochbau und Liegenschaften der Stadt Gelsenkirchen plant folgende Maßnahme: Für die Kulturschule in Gelsenkirchen ist ein Neubau mit Aula und Mensa sowie einer Dreifach-Sporthalle geplant. Der Neubau soll nach dem Lernhauskonzept als dreigeschossiges Gebäude (Erdgeschoss + zwei Obergeschosse ohne Untergeschoss) errichtet werden. In die Gesamtkonzeption sind das bestehende, unter Denkmalschutz stehende Schalthaus sowie hinsichtlich der Außenanlage der Bastionsplatz und der Festplatz an der Europastraße integriert. Das Gebäude ist als Passivhaus konzipiert und erfüllt die entsprechenden energetischen Standards. Bei der Ausschreibung handelt es sich um die Lieferung von kältetechnischen Anlagen im Neubau der Baumaßnahme. Hauptpositionen mit Mengenangaben (gerundet): Menge: Einheit: Leistung: ca. 550 m Qualitäts-Kupferrohr ca. 550 m Rohrdämmung ca. 9 St Mono-Split-Geräte ca. 6 St Kühl-und Tiefkühlzellen ca. 1 St Kälteverbundanlage inkl. Verflüssiger und Verdampfer
