Description

Zur Vorbereitung der Maßnahmenfläche ÖSP Linnenbrinksfeld für feststellende Bodeneingriffe durch den KBD/dessen beauftragtes Unternehmen werden vorbereitende Maßnahmen erforderlich. Zudem sind für die Arbeiten des KBD / dessen beauftragtes Unternehmen für feststellende Bodeneingriffe temporäre/mobile Baustraßen herzustellen und Wasserhaltungsmaßnahmen erforderlich. Insofern sind Beweissicherungsmaßnahmen von bautechnischen Anlagen (z. B. Leitungen im Untergrund) innerhalb des Maßnahmenareals für feststellende Bodeneingriffe bzw. ggf. in angrenzenden Bereichen notwendig. Zudem ist baubegleitend nach Erfordernis das Umsetzen der im Sicherheitskonzept für das BP-Werk beschriebenen Schutzmaßnahmen vorgesehen. Nach Abschluss der feststellenden Bodeneingriffe ist das Maßnahmenareal in den Ausgangszustand/ Zustand wie vorgefunden zu überführen und ggf. ist Saatgut zur Flächenbegrünung auszubringen.
