Description

Ziel der Baumaßnahme ist die Erweiterung der vorhandenen Schulflächen zur Schaffung zusätzlicher Unterrichts- und Betreuungsräume. Der Neubau wird über einen Verbindungsgang mit dem Bestandsgebäude verbunden. Zur Verbesserung der Barrierefreiheit wird zusätzlich eine Aufzugsanlage in massiver Bauweise in den Gebäudebestand integriert. Umfang der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme einer maschinenraumlosen, barrierefreien Personenaufzugsanlage für 8 Personen (630 kg), mit 5 Haltestellen. Die Fahrthöhe beträgt von unterstem zu oberstem Einstiegsniveau 14,4 m. Darüber hinaus sind die Wartungsarbeiten im Gewährleistungszeitraum von 4 Jahren sowie die in diesen Zeitraum fallenden, wiederkehrende Haupt- und Zwischenprüfungen Teil der Leistung.
