Neustadt-Forum "Nikolai Ostrowski" - OSSI - Hoyerswerda; Los 1.13 - Objekttüren Die Gesamtbaumaßnahme umfasst den Umbau des ehemaligen Jugendklubhauses (Saal mit Sozialanbau) sowie die Erweiterung dieses vorhandenen Gebäudebestandes um Anbauten in Pavillonform für die Kinder- und Jugendarbeit und Flächen für Beratung und Verwaltung der Einrichtung. Weiterhin wird für das im Stadtraum umzusetzende Planetarium ein Neubau an zentraler Stelle errichtet. Der Freiraum wird in Teilflächen aufgewertet. Die Leistungen umfassen die Herstellung, Lieferung und den Einbau von Objekttüren teilweise mit rauch- und brandschutztechnischen Anforderungen für die Bauteile 1 - Saalanbau, Bauteil 2 -Saal, Bauteil 3.1- Büros, Bauteil 3.2-Planetarium und Bauteil 3.3-Werkstatt / Jugendarbeit. Die Bestandsgebäude Bauteil 1 und Bauteil 2 sind in Fertigteilleichtbeton (EG) und Schwerbeton (KG) errichtet. Die Neubauten, Bauteil 3.1 + 3.3 sind in KS-Mauerwerk errichtet worden. Das Planetarium, Bauteil 3.2 ist in Vollbeton errichtet worden. Alle Bauteile erhalten ein WDVS in einer Stärke von 16 cm + Putz und Anstrich. Die Innenwände bestehen aus Trockenbau, KS-Mauerwerk, Leicht- und Schwerbeton sowie Stahlbeton. Ausführungszeitraum: Aufmaß: ab 19. KW 2026 Einbau Zargen: Bauteil 1 und Bauteil 2: 14.07.2026 bis 20.07.2026 Bauteil 3.1: 04.08.2026 bis 17.08.2026 Bauteil 3.2: 26.10.2026 bis 30.10.2026 Bauteil 3.3: 17.08.2026 bis 21.08.2026 Einbau Türblätter: alle Bauteile: nach Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung/Bauherr: 40. bis 43. KW 2026 Wichtige Grobmengen: BT1- Saalanbau: 14 Stück Innentüren mit Stahlzarge, Abm. ca. 1,01m/2,01…2,135 2 Stück Raumspartüren, Abm.: ca. 1,26m/2,135m 45 lfm WC-Trennwandsystem inkl. 17 Stück Türen 8 St.Schamwände 2 Stück Vorsatzrollladen für Ausgabefenster BT2 - Saal: 3 Stück Innentüren mit Stahleckzarge, Abm.: ca. 0,69…1,01m/2,01m 4 Stück T30-Türen 22 Stück Innentüren, Abm.: ca. 0,885…1,01m/2,01…2,135m 1 Stück Pendeltür, Abm.: ca. 1,01m/2,01m 1 Stück Schiebetür, Abm.: ca. 0,885/2,135m 1 Stück Vorsatzrollladen für Ausgabefenster BT 3.1 - Büros: 21 Stück Innentüren, Abm.: ca. 1,01m/2,135m 4,5 lfm WC-Trennwandsystem inkl. 2 Stück Türen BT 3.2 - Planetarium: 7 Stück T30-Türen, RC3, Abm.: 0,76…1,01m/2,01m 1 Stück t90-Tür, Abm.: 1,05m/2,01m BT 3.3 - Werkstatt / Jugendarbeit: 5 Stück Innentüren, Abm.: 0,885…1,01m/2,01…2,135m 35 Stück Bodenstopper, 33 Stück Wandstopper Vor genannte Türen einschließlich aller erforderlichen Türausstattungen Knauf/Klinke bzw.
