Neustadt-Forum "Nikolai Ostrowski" - OSSI - Hoyerswerda; Los 1.25.3 - Möblierung / Ausstattung Büro Die Gesamtbaumaßnahme umfasst den Umbau des ehemaligen Jugendklubhauses (Saal mit Sozialanbau) sowie die Erweiterung dieses vorhandenen Gebäudebestandes um Anbauten in Pavillonform für die Kinder- und Jugendarbeit und Flächen für Beratung und Verwaltung der Einrichtung. Weiterhin wird für das im Stadtraum umzusetzende Planetarium ein Neubau an zentraler Stelle errichtet. Der Freiraum wird in Teilflächen aufgewertet. Die Leistungen umfassen die Lieferung und den Einbau u.a. von Tischen, Stühlen, Schränken und Regalen im Bauteil 1, 2, 3.1 und 3.3. Die Bestandsgebäude Bauteil 1 und Bauteil 2 sind in Fertigteilleichtbeton (EG / OG) und Schwerbeton (KG) errichtet. Die Neubauten, Bauteil 3.1 + 3.3 wurden mit KS-Mauerwerk errichtet. Das Planetarium Bauteil 3.2 wurde in Plattenbauweise mit Betonfertigteilen hergestellt. Alle Bauteile erhalten ein WDVS in einer Stärke von 16 cm + Putz und Anstrich. In den Bauteilen 1 und 2 erfolgt der Einbau von neuem Estrich und sind ohne Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Die Bauteile 3.1 bis 3.3 und die Verbinderbauten erhalten einen Heizestrich mit Fußbodenheizung. Wichtige Grobmengen Büromöbel: 16 Stück höhenverstellbare Schreibtische 5 Stück Konferenztische (in Bootsform, Rechteckform, Rund) 16 Stück Klappstehtische mit Transportwagen 33 Stück Schränke, teilweise mit Aufsatzschränken 2 Stück Eckschränke 12 Stück Regale 16 Stück Sideboards 16 Stück Schwerlastregale 11 Stück Garderobenständer 4 Stück Spinde 6 Stück Spiegel mit Beleuchtung
