Description

Die Gemeinde Schönefeld beabsichtigt die Kita Schwalbennest, Schwalbenweg 8, Schönefeld komplett neu zu errichten. Hier handelt es sich um die Elektroarbeiten. Im Zuge des Neubaus der KITA Schwalbennest wird die Elektroinstallation mit den Kostengruppen 440 und 450 ausgeschrieben. Die elektrische Energieversorgung erfolgt über einem neuen Hausanschluss der E.DIS Netz GmbH. Der Eektroenergiebedarf wird über eine Wandlermessung erfasst. Der neu zu errichtende Gebäude-Hauptverteiler(NSHV) versorgt dabei in dem zweigeschossigen Gebäude jeweils zwei Unterverteilungen pro Etage. Zur Senkung des Elektroenergiebedarfs ist eine PV-Anlage auf dem Flachdach vorgesehen. Im Gebäude ist eine Sicherheitsbeleuchtung der Flucht- und Rettungswege gemäß Brandschutzkonzept vorzusehen. Die Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlage wird gemäß DIN VDE 0108-100 und DIN EN 1838 ausgeführt. Die Sicherheitsbeleuchtung wird dabei über eine Einzellbatterieanlage realisiert. Die Erdungsanlage wird gemäß DIN 18014 hergestellt. Eine baurechtlich geforderte Blitzschutzanlage wird gemäß der Blitzschutzklasse III nach DIN VDE 0185-305 errichtet. Bauleistung NSHV und Unterverteilungen: 5 Stck PV-Anlage incl. Speicher: 59,34kWp Kabel und Leitungen unterschiedlichen Querschnitts: Ca. 13.000m Schalter und Steckdosen: Ca.800 Stck Innen- und Außenleuchten: Ca. 300 Stck Sicherheitsbeleuchtung: Ca. 180 Stck Erdungsleitungen und -band: Ca. 2300m Sensoren Hausalarm: Ca. 150 Stck Datennetz mit Anschlusspunkten: 48 Stck Weitere Informationen sind den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
