Description

Es wurde der Auftrag zum Gewerk "Fliesenarbeiten - Neubau" für den Neubau Betriebshof Ost vergeben. Der neue Betriebshof besteht aus einem zweigeschossigen Betriebsgebäude mit einer Kalt- und Warmhalle, eingeschossigen Remisen, einem Waschplatz sowie einem Verwaltungsgebäude. Der Auftrag "Fliesenarbeiten - Neubau" beinhaltet vorbereitende Arbeiten, Abdichtungsarbeiten, Wand- und Bodenbelege etc. Das Betriebsgebäude (ca. 68 x 28 m) ist als 2-geschossiger Kubus mit Flachdach geplant, der in Stahlbeton- und Mauerwerk sowie Trockenbau errichtet wird. Im Erdgeschoss sind die Warm- und Kalthalle und im Obergeschoss die Sozial- bzw. Kauenräume untergebracht. Betriebsgebäude, BGF: 3.966,00 m², BRI: 20.969,00 m³ Verbundabdichtung Boden, ca. 1.300,00 m² Verbundabdichtung Wand, ca. 3.600,00 m² Bodenfliesen, ca. 1.300,00 m² Wandfliesen, ca. 3.600,00 m² Spiegel 60 x 100 cm, ca. 60 Stck. Anschluss- und Bewegungsfugen, ca. 2.100,00 lfm Edelstahl-Fertigfugenprofile, ca. 90,00 m
