Die bestehende und denkmalgeschützte Congresshalle in der Landeshauptstadt Saarbrücken soll um ein modernes und multifunktionales Gebäude (Projektabkürzung MKK) für Kongresse, Messen, Ausstellungen und weitere Veranstaltungsformate (MICE - Meetings Incentives Conventions Exhibitions) erweitert werden. Neben dem primären Ziel der Ergänzung des kulturellen Angebots der Landeshauptstadt Saarbrücken sowie der wirtschaftlichen Belebung der Innenstadt, soll auch das Stadtbild entlang der Saar im direkten Umfeld des Bürgerparks und der Saarpromenade aufgewertet werden. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Fassadenarbeiten. Umfang der Leistungen: - Baustelleneinrichtung für die Fassadenbauarbeiten - Erstellung von W+M Planung und statischen Bemessungen, sowie Nachweisen - Fassadenbauarbeiten (Stahl-PR-Fassade, Aluminium-Fensterbandfassaden u. -lochfenster, vorgehängte Lamellenfassade als Alu-Strangpressprofile, Stahl-Gitterroststege, vorgehängte hinterlüftete Alu- Blechfassaden, Lamellenrostbekleidungen, Dachbekleidungen - Stehfalz Stahlblech, Aluminium- Attikakonstruktion u. Gesimsbänder, Alu-Glattblechuntersichten, Alu-PR-Innenfassaden, Stahlfassaden mit Gitterostbekleidung, Verdunkelungen im Innenbereich) - Abdichtungsarbeiten - Dämmarbeiten
