Description

Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist die Realisierung eines Rechenzentrums in Modulbauweise im Rahmen eines kombinierten Ausschreibungswettbewerbs der Planungs- und Bauleistungen im Verhandlungsverfahren nach VOB/A, 2. Abschnitt mit vorgeschaltetem europaweitem Teilnahmewettbewerb. Als Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts in gemeinsamer Trägerschaft des Landes und der Kommunen in Baden-Württemberg berät und begleitet die Komm.ONE AöR ihre Mitglieder und Kunden auf dem Weg in eine zunehmend technologiebasierte Zukunft. Die Unternehmensgruppe Komm.ONE betreibt heute zwei eigene Rechenzentrumsstan-dorte in Stuttgart und Karlsruhe. Das bestehende Rechenzentrum in Stuttgart soll mittelfristig (ca. 3-5 Jahre) geschlossen bzw. verlagert werden. Ziel dieses Projektes ist es, ein neues hochverfügbares und klimafreundliches Rechenzentrum zu errichten (green-field-Ansatz), um sowohl die Bedarfe der Komm.ONE als auch anderer IT-Dienstleister der Landesverwaltung Baden-Württemberg abdecken zu können. Dadurch sollen auf RZ-Ebene auch Synergieeffekte geschaffen werden. Hierbei übernimmt künftig die Komm.ONE die Rolle des Bauherrn und des RZ-Betreibers. Neben der Komm.ONE soll es noch weitere Nutzer mit abgegrenzten Rechenzentrums- und Netzwerkräumen geben. Das Grundstück mit einer Fläche von ca. 11.000m² wurde bereits erworben und ist sofort bebaubar. Abbruchmaßnahmen oder Altlastenbeseitigung fallen nicht an. Das Grundstück befindet sich in Renningen in einem Industriegebiet. Die Komm.ONE plant das neue Rechenzentrum im Modell "Planen & Bauen" (Generalübernehmer-Modell, GÜ) zu errichten.
