Description

Die Fliesenarbeiten finden im gesamten Gebäude vom Kellergeschoss bis ins Dachgeschoss statt. Gefliest werden Putzräume, Küche und Teeküchen, die WCs von Kita und Verwaltung, sowie Treppenräume. Der Untergrund im gesamtem Bau besteht aus einem Trockenestrich mit Fußbodenheizung. Oberste Lage ist hier eine Gipskartonplatte mit Nut- und Federsystem. Die angebotenen Fliesen sollen mit Ausnahme der Treppenhausfliese aus einer Kollektion stammen. Die Wandfliese muss farblich zur gekörnten Bodenfliese passen. Die Auswahl der Farbtöne erfolgt nach Auftrag und nach Bemusterung durch den AG. Die Angabe des angebotenem Fliesenherstellers und Typ oder Kollektion ist verpflichtend. Die Verlegemuster erfolgen nach Planvorgabe und in Rücksprache mit den Architekten.
