Description

Gebäudeautomation nach DIN 18386 Das Areal Heuneburg soll zu einer zentralen Kelten-Erlebniswelt weiterentwickelt werden mit der Kernsanierung der beiden bestehenden Gebäude Haus 1 und 2 sowie dem Neubau mit Haus 7. Die Wärmeversorgung erfolgt über ein zentrales Erdsondenfeld und je eine Wärmepumpe in den Gebäuden. Das Inbetriebnahmemanagement gemäß AMEV Nr. 170 und das Technische Monitoring gemäß AMEV Nr. 158 kommen bei diesem Projekt zur Anwendung. Haus 1 wird als Bürogebäude sowie Wohnquartier für Gast-Archäologen genutzt. Die Warmwassererzeugung erfolgt dezentral. Es ist keine zentrale Lüftungsanlage installiert. Haus 2 wird als Museum mit Gastrobereich genutzt. Im Technikkeller ist unter anderem die Warmwassererzeugung, die zentrale Regenwasseraufbereitung für alle drei Gebäude und die Kältetechnik für den Gastrobereich untergebracht. Die erforderlichen Luftwechsel werden über ein zentrales Lüftungsgerät sichergestellt. Die Küchenabluft wird separat abgeführt. Haus 7 beinhaltet einen Versammlungsraum für max. 189 Personen und einen Laborbereich. Die erforderlichen Luftwechsel werden über ein zentrales Lüftungsgerät sichergestellt. Die Abluft der Labormöbel wird über separate Ventilatoren abgeführt. Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von 'Instandhaltungsleistungen' Gegenstand des Verfahrens.
