Der Auftraggeber hat mit dem Auftragnehmer einen Kaufvertrag mit Bauverpflichtung in der Roedernallee 54 geschlossen. Der Auftraggeber lässt auf dem Grundstück eine schlüssel- und gebrauchsfertige Wohnanlage bestehend aus dem Wohngebäude 1 mit 57 Wohneinheiten mit einer Wohnfläche von ca. 3.993,38,00 m² und dem Wohngebäude 2 mit 52 Wohneinheiten mit einer Wohnfläche von ca. 3.602,24,00 m² sowie Außenanlagen und Erschließungsanlagen errichten. Dem Auftraggeber ist nicht bekannt, wie der Wert der Bauleistungen kalkuliert wurde. Der Wert der Bauleistungen ist Teil der vom Verkäufer vorgenommenen Kalkulation des Gesamtkaufpreises. In dieser Bekanntmachung ist der Gesamtwert der Beschaffung jedoch anzugeben. Das Bekanntmachungsformular erzwingt die Eingabe einer positiven Zahl. Aus diesem Grund dient der angegebene Wert von 1 EUR nur als Platzhalter.
