Description

Die GESOBAU AG beabsichtigt die Instandsetzung und Modernisierung der Wohnhausgruppe 3246 Die Wohnhausgruppe 3246 umfasst die Häuser 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11.1 und 12. Das im 19. Jh. als Rieselgut entwickelte Stadtgut Hellersdorf soll zu einem neuen, aktiven und attraktiven Zentrum für die angrenzende Wohnbebauung mit Kultur, Arbeit und Freizeit entwickelt werden. Das bestehende Gebäudeensemble wird saniert und durch öffentliche, multifunktionale Platz­ und Gartenflächen, ergänzt. Die hier beschriebenen Leistungen betreffen die Häuser 1, 6, 8 und 11.2. Bei den Häusern handelt es sich um denkmalgeschützte Gebäudes, in denen nach denkmalpflegerischen Gesichtspunkten zum teil neue Holzisolierglasfenster sowie neue Holzhauseingangstüren eingebaut werden. Leistungen: ­ ca. 60 Stück Holzeinfachfenster und Holz­Verbundglasfenster Rückbauen und Entsorgen ­ ca. 108 Stück neue Holz­Isolierglasfenster, inkl. Holzinnenfensterbänke liefern und einbauen ­ ca. 3 Stück alte Holzeingangstürelemente Rückbauen und Entsorgen ­ ca. 4 Stück neue Holzeingangstürelemente liefern und einbauen.
