Description

Im Kreiskrankenhaus Bergstraße (abgekürzt KKB) in Heppenheim werden im Zuge der Maßnahme "Generalsanierung KKB" zahlreiche Maßnahmen durchgeführt. Der Pflegeflügel J wird entkernt und saniert, dort wird sich die neue Intensivpflege sowie eine Allgemeinpflege befinden. Bauteil G wird abgerissen, dort wird ein Ersatzneubau mit Zentraler Notaufnahme, Radiologie und Operationsabteilung verortet. Weitere Teilmaßnahmen sind: Fassadensanierung; Trinkwassersanierung, Ertüchtigung TGA-Zentralen, Teilumsetzung Basisbrandschutzkonzept und Errichtung eines neuen Haus-Übergabe-Punktes. Aufgrund vorhandener Schadstoffbelastung werden viele der Räumlichkeiten erst weitestgehend fachgerecht entkernt und rückgebaut. Leistungsumfang dieser Vergabeeinheit ist im Wesentlichen: Trockenbauarbeiten - Trockenbauwände mit und ohne Schall-, Brand- und Strahlenschutzanforderungen - Gipskartondecken mit und ohne Brandschutzanforderungen - Rasterdecken - Metallpaneeldecken (Abklappdecken)
