Construction works as general contractor, including design services, for a new school building for the Alstergymnasium in Henstedt-Ulzburg. On the existing school campus, a six-form-entry grammar school for about 1,300 pupils and around 100 teachers is planned. The project is divided into several phases: a new four-storey school building with five structures (four classroom houses, one of them for specialist classes, linked by a central building) erected on the former sports field in the north-east of the campus, full demolition of the existing building, partial refurbishment of the two existing triple sports halls, and redesign of the outdoor areas.
