Construction services including design services are procured for the construction of a new school building for the Alstergymnasium in Henstedt-Ulzburg. The project includes a new four-storey school building with five structures (four class houses, one serving as a specialist class house, connected by a central structure) for around 1300 pupils and 100 teachers, built on the existing sports field in the north-east of the campus, complete demolition of the existing building, partial refurbishment of the two existing three-court sports halls, and redesign of the outdoor areas.
